Primarily a trial and litigation firm, we are able to represent clients at all stages of civil and criminal litigation, from inception through any necessary appeals. Whether litigation involves a personal injury, family law, or criminal matter, we are prepared to effectively represent our clients' interests. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in Nebraska state courts, the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska, the 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, attorneys at our firm are admitted in Wyoming and New York.
